Londonist has attended numerous online and in-person events which has maximised and cultivated a network of global partners, and this has proved to become the core of the company. This is in addition to our ever-expanding international mix of students arriving to London every year.

With our journey starting with only 30 rooms, Londonist has now expanded to 1000 rooms in 45 residential locations all over London. For more than 7 years within the PBSA sector, Londonist has been arranging accommodation for students at the top locations in London such as King’s Cross, Spitalfields, Portobello, and Camden. These prime locations attract international students looking for a safe accommodation along with all-inclusive facilities close to the top schools and universities.

Londonist has had a fruitful year with the expansion of five new properties: Chapter Southbank, Canvas Walthamstow & Wembley, Scape Shoreditch, and Dashwood Studios. Our growth has only been possible with the help of our team, the support and adherence from our valued partners and the trust of our students. Our expansion has also enabled us to create more partnerships with nearby schools and universities and offer more options to both our partners and students in London.

Here at Londonist, we also offer extra services such as airport transfers kitchen & bathroom packs and additional cleaning for our students. Our aim is to help facilitate student integration and encourage them to socialise. We run fantastic weekly social engagement programmes in our residences which have great study and games areas, gyms and state of the art sky lounges with breath-taking views of the city.
